Teaching

In the classroom, I strive to help students become more thoughtful teammates, leaders, and decision-makers.

My courses combine research, discussion, cases, simulations, and experiential learning to help students think critically about people, teams, and organizations.

Rather than simply learning management theories, students are challenged to apply evidence-based ideas to realistic workplace situations.

Course Design
I design undergraduate, graduate, and executive education courses that combine research, experiential learning, and practical application to prepare students for today's workplaces.

Teaching Cases
I develop teaching cases that bring contemporary organizational challenges into the classroom, encouraging students to analyze complex problems, debate alternatives, and make evidence-informed decisions.

Experiential Learning
I create simulations, team exercises, and applied learning activities that challenge students to practice leadership, collaboration, and decision-making rather than simply learn about them.

Executive Education
I partner with organizations to deliver workshops and executive education programs that translate research into practical strategies for leading people and building high-performing teams.
